Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Price: £6.95
- Timeframe: Typically arrives the next working day, though this is not a guaranteed service. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Express Next Day Delivery
- Price: £9.95
- Timeframe: Guaranteed next working day delivery when you place your order before 1pm. We use a premium courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery for this service.
Order Cut-Off & Processing
To ensure your order is dispatched on the same day, please place it before 1pm, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be processed and dispatched that same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm, or on a weekend or Bank Holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery right to your door.
Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
Here are answers to some common questions about our delivery service.
1. Do you dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays?
No, our warehouse team operates on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the very next working day.
2. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We can only make changes before your order is dispatched, so please notify us before the 1pm cut-off time. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this time.
3. What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your item from a local depot. Please follow the instructions on the card.
4. Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes, for security and compliance reasons, a signature is typically required upon delivery for all orders. To protect our customers and ensure products are received safely, we do not authorise parcels to be left in "safe places".
5. How long should I wait if my parcel is late or seems lost?
While our carriers are highly reliable, delays can occasionally occur. For Tracked 24, please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us. For Express Next Day, if your parcel hasn't arrived by the end of the next working day, please get in touch with our support team with your order number.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Click & Collect
We do not currently offer a Click & Collect service from our warehouse. All orders must be placed online for delivery.
Packaging & Discretion
Your privacy and the security of your products are paramount. All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure a discreet and secure delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
Please be aware that circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, postal strikes, or other major disruptions, may cause delays to your delivery. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any known issues affecting our service.
