Refund policy
At IGO Aesthetics, your satisfaction is our priority. While we uphold rigorous quality control and product safety standards, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
⚠️ For hygiene and medical regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.
Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Expired items or those nearing expiration
- Products not purchased directly from IGO Aesthetics
- Items on final clearance or promotion
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our warehouse. Please contact sales@igoaesthetics.com for authorisation and detailed shipping instructions before returning any items.
